If you are exchanging an item, you will be required to pay for shipping back to us. If you are making an exchange, there is a $12.00 flat rate fee to cover the shipping of the new product(s) back to you.

When making any kind of exchange, you do not have to use the original packaging that you received the product in. However, we ask that you package the product with some kind of protective padding in order to prevent damaging during shipping.
